Eligibility

---

1. Asia World Model United Nations welcomes youth between the ages of 15 to 25 years old from any country who wish to have experience in international conferences or have a high interest in global affairs to be the delegates of Asia World Model United Nations.
2. All delegates must be enrolled in High School/University, must be High School/University graduates, or must be enrolled in International Organisations/Institutions/Companies.
3. All delegates should choose a maximum of 3 Councils preferences and 3 country allocations but in the end will be allocated for one country in a council.
4. All matters regarding the country and council allocation will be arranged based on the decision of the committee.

Program Mechanism

1. The Asia World Model United Nations Conference will be using the offline concept.
2. The conference will consist of International delegates.
3. All conference participants and committees must have been fully vaccinated.

2. All offline conference participants must follow COVID-19 safety and health protocol that has been regulated by the authorities of Thailand

1. Registration is open for two types of accommodation: full accommodation and non-accommodation

Payment

1. All fees are non-refundable.
2. The provision of payment will be informed in the letter of agreement that will be provided by the committee.

Visa & Flight Ticket

---

1. VISA and flight tickets are not included in any of the payment packages of Asia World Model United Nations.
2. Participants are responsible for their own flight tickets and VISA if required.
3. Please do research beforehand whether or not you require a VISA to enter Thailand from your country. And prepare for it accordingly if you require it.
4. All questions regarding VISA requirements to enter Thailand can be directed to the Embassy of Thailand in your country or nearest country available. Or the nearest travel agency.

Privacy and Intellectual Property Rights

1. Asia World Model United Nations reserves the right to utilise all data submitted by individuals to Asia World Model United Nations and to collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social events without limitations.
2. All registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in Asia World Model United Nations will be disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences, or any other form without the express written consent from Asia World Model United Nations of which these products, data, results, and materials are its exclusive property.
3. Asia World Model United Nations reserves the right to update and change information without further notice.

Code of Conduct

1. Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any information provided will disqualify them from participation in Asia World Model United Nations and the Asia World Model United Nations activities and falsification of information or impersonation may result in legal actions.
2. Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at Asia World Model United Nations, and should the Asia World Model United Nations Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the conference without a refund.
3. Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand while participating in Asia World Model United Nations. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and damage to the facilities of the conference and social event venues.
4. Participants understand the full assumption of risks and acknowledge that Asia World Model United Nations and its committee, elected representatives, and employees, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participants.
5. Participants agree to accept and abide by this Code of Conduct.
6. Participants must be aware that sexual harassment is highly condemned in this event. The possession of illegal drugs and weapons is also prohibited. Should the participants fail to abide by this regulation, the respective participants will be disqualified from the event without a refund.

Lead Ad Terms Facebook provides features that enable you to run an advertising unit allowing a Facebook user to provide their email address or other user information to you (“Lead Ads”)

1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that each Lead Ad submitted by you complies with these terms, the Facebook Terms of Service located at https:www.facebook.com/legal/terms (as defined below, including the Facebook Advertising Policies located at https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads, which includes the Lead Ads Policy, the Facebook Platform Policy located at https://developers.facebook.com/policy/, and the Facebook Commercial Terms located at https:www.facebook.com/legal/commercial_terms) and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including providing all necessary disclosures to Facebook Users). If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority as agent to such party to use such feature on their behalf and bind such party to these terms.
2. You will ensure that each Lead Ad includes the following disclosures to Facebook users: (i) all disclosures and choice mechanisms necessary and sufficient to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including any necessary offer terms promoted in the Lead Ad (e.g., criteria to qualify, expiration date, or limitations on redemption) (“Offer Terms”); (ii) a clear and prominent disclosure that if a user submits data to you through a Lead Ad, such data will be governed by your privacy policy; and (iii) a link to your privacy policy. You will further ensure that no Lead Ads will be targeted to any minors.
3. “Lead Ad Data” means the information that a Facebook user elects to send to you through a Lead Ad, which may consist of such Facebook user’s email address and any additional user information.
4. You may only use the Lead Ad Data in accordance with these terms; the Facebook Platform Policy; the Facebook Advertising Policies; your privacy policy; any Offer Terms, consents, additional terms and conditions agreed to by the Facebook user when agreeing to provide Lead Ad Data to you through the Lead Ads and applicable laws, rules and regulations (including all applicable data privacy, advertising, telemarketing or other laws). If you are receiving Lead Ad Data on behalf of an advertiser, you may only use or share such Lead Ad Data on such advertiser’s behalf and you may not augment, commingle, or supplement such Lead Ad Data with any other data from any other advertiser.
5. You may only sell or transfer Lead Ad Data as permitted by this section. Lead Ad Data may be sold or transferred if the recipient only uses the Lead Ad Data to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (as described by a reasonably prominent notice and agreed to by the user at the point of collection). In the event you share or sell Lead Ad Data to a third party, you do so solely at your own risk and you will ensure that any such third party complies with these terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
6. You will have in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Lead Ad Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, and which take into account the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing as well as the risks. Lead Ad Data may be made available to you through protocols specified by Facebook (including Facebook APIs), and your use of such protocols must comply with Facebook’s Platform Policy.
7. Facebook may modify, suspend or terminate access to, or discontinue the availability of, the Lead Ads feature at any time. You may discontinue your use of the Lead Ads feature at any time. These terms govern your use of Lead Ads. They do not replace any terms applicable to your purchase of advertising inventory from Facebook (including but not limited to the Facebook Advertising Policies), and such terms will continue to apply. This Lead Ads feature is part of “Facebook” under Facebook’s Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms, the “Facebook Terms”), and your use of the Lead Ads feature is deemed part of your use of, and actions on, “Facebook.” In the event of any express conflict between these terms and the Facebook Terms, these terms will govern solely with respect to your use of the Lead Ads feature and solely to the extent of the conflict. Facebook reserves the right to monitor or audit your compliance with these terms and to update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of this feature constitutes acceptance of those changes.
