A Part-time Banker and Full-Time learner. Rio is a Management Trainee in a private bank and
graduated from Economics and Development Studies in Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, with a minor in International and Financial Economics. He found his passion in MUN due to the inclusion of the topic he loves with the MUN and how it is being discussed and implemented in status quo. Starting this humbling experience in 2017 until now, he has represented his university and Indonesia in Harvard National MUN 2020, USA and as an Assistant Chair of ECOFIN in Harvard WorldMUN 2020-2021. Rio’s favorite part in MUN conference is to meet aspiring new people from diverse background, either in cultural, education, or point of view, and how we can collaborate and find the common ground to solve a problem. This spirit is resonating to his country’s philosophy, “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika” or Unity in Diversity, even though we have many differences but we can come and unite as one, the aspect that he wished to see in this conference. Coming back as Secretary General to the very first conference he joined, happens to be something that he cannot wait and would love to create more and better platform, experiences, and memories for aspiring youths. Honorable delegates, please feel eager to express your opinion on the issue and credibly represent your country. Feel free to talk upon stuff once we are off from our diplomatic work! Be Prepared, Suit Up, Raise Your Voice and See you soon, Delegates!
