Asia World Model United Nations (AWMUN) V participants now can secure their seat and preferred council allocation in AWMUN V by participating in the Booking Seat system. This system allows you to save your seat by ONLY paying USD 70 from the total of payment.

For example, when you are selected to become a delegate of AWMUN V, by paying USD 70, you immediately secure your seat in AWMUN V and will receive your council & country allocation in AWMUN V. With this Booking Seat system, it will give you more time for you to prepare for the instalment payment.

  1. Only selected delegates of Asia World Model United Nations (AWMUN) V can Book their seat
  2. The Booking Seat price is 70 USD
  3. The Booking Seat quota is limited and only available for 300 delegates
  4. Delegates that paid for Booking Seat service will need to pay the rest of the payment before the deadline on 28 February 2023
  5. Booking Seat payment can be refunded only if requested before 28 February 2023 and delegate has valid reasons mentioned below
  6. Booking Seat refund valid reasons such as sickness that prevents delegate from travelling or contagious, death of family member, major disaster, rejected VISA or the event is cancelled
  7. Booking Seat payment can only be refunded 50% from total Booking Seat paid
  8. AWMUN Terms and conditions applies
  9. AWMUN has the rights to update the terms and conditions at any time based on the circumstances
