Q. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONFERENCE?

All youth within the age range of 15-25 years old can participate in the Asia World Model United Nations conference.

Q. DO I NEED TO PAY A FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONFERENCE?

Yes, Asia World MUN (AWMUN) is a self-funded conference and participants will have to pay a conference fee. More details regarding the fee or payments sent to you after you have passed the selection process upon the completion of the registration process.

Q. IS FLIGHT TICKET AND VISA FEE INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Flight ticket or VISA fee is not included in any of the payment options of Asia World MUN. Participants will have to book the flight tickets directly from the Airline or through a local travel Agency. And you can contact the Embassy of Thailand in your country for more details regarding VISA.

Q. IF I CANNOT ATTEND Asia World MUN, CAN I GET A REFUND?

All Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.

Q. WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE?

Yes, all participants will receive a participation Certificate of Asia World Model United Nations. And an additional Certificate of Award will be given when you win any of the 5 awards.

Q. HOW TO GET A VISA INVITATION LETTER?

You can request for a Visa Invitation Letter by contacting us via whatsapp and also send us a Scanned Copy of your Passport & Official Payment Receipt.
Please be informed that a Visa Invitation Letter can only be issued to our official delegates who have duly completed the payment process.

Q. IS MY PARENT OR GUARDIAN ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY ME DURING THE CONFERENCE?

Yes. We have a special package for Parents/Guardians that wants to follow all the agenda of the conference and observe all of the sessions. The accommodation is also included as one of the benefits.

Q. CAN ME AND MY FRIENDS JOIN THE CONFERENCE AS A GROUP?

Yes. We have special group packages that you can choose from. Though firstly you and your friends need to register separately and be selected as Delegates. The ultimate benefit of joining as a group with your friends is you will receive a massive special discount compared to paying it individually.
